Common questions
When are grounds maintenance tenders usually published?
Many are published in winter and early spring so contracts can start before the growing season. It is worth watching from November onwards.
Do councils split grounds work into lots?
Often, by area or by type of work. Tenderheron shows the number of lots and, where the notice says so, whether lots suit small firms.
