Common questions
Are school cleaning contracts published on Find a Tender?
Larger ones are. Academy trusts and councils publish contracts over the procurement threshold on Find a Tender, and many smaller ones appear there too. Tenderheron checks every notice each morning.
Do I need to be on a framework?
Not always. Plenty of cleaning contracts are open tenders that any qualified firm can bid for. Where a framework is used, the notice says so and Tenderheron flags it.
Will I be told about TUPE?
Cleaning contracts often involve TUPE transfer of existing staff. When the notice mentions it, Tenderheron's AI summary points it out so you can check before bidding.
